We will work closely with you to get the look you want, providing personal, custom service while designing a user friendly site.  We do not use pre-designed web site templates.  We will work with you to make your web site just the way you want it.

We have been building and maintaining web sites since 1999.  We actually began maintaining a web site for my former employer in 1998.  In the web design arena, this is a long run.  We enjoy developing web sites and our motto is "If you're not happy with your web site, we're not finished".  Of course, in reality, a web site is never finished.  It is always changing and improving.  Especially in small business, an updated web site is a must.  Changes need to be made when you want them!

Development of your web site is only $175.00 for a home page plus three additional pages, to display your choice of photos and text.  This price also includes a hit counter and a guestbook, if desired, and personally designed navigation buttons.

Additional page development: One time charge of $25.00 per page if using the same background and design.

~ Hosting ~

~ Maintenance ~

There are three options for updating web pages (maintenance), which includes scanning photos, adding photos, changing or adding text, keeping your web site up to date and fresh:

1. Maintenance with Hosting:

If we host your web site, maintenance will be $10 per month (payable quarterly, in advance) for unlimited changes.  No hourly fee added.

2. Maintenance with No Hosting:

If we do not host your web site, we will do "maintenance only" for $20 per month (payable quarterly, in advance) for unlimited changes.  No hourly fee added.

3. Hourly Maintenance

If you only plan on making a few changes per year and do not wish to pay quarterly during periods when you're not making changes, maintenance can be billed at a rate of $25 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum, whether we host your site or not.

Routine maintenance will usually be completed within 24 to 48 hours.
